When
will my goods be shipped out?
Goods
are shipped out within 1 working day. Any public holidays or bank holidays
may cause a slight delay in despatch time.
Do I
Have to pay for shipping?
Most of
the items have FREE shipping included in the price and the price you see is
the price you pay. There may be the odd item which you will see a shipping
charge on, usually larger items, but it will be made clear in all listings.
Where
are the items despatched from?
All
items are despatched from Belfast in Northern Ireland. They are all in the
UK and should take, providing there is no delay, a maximum of up to 5 days
delivery time.
I
notice some items have a 2 prong plug, will I be able to use them in the UK?
If an
item has a 2 prong plug, you will be provided with a travel adaptor to
convert it into a UK plug socket free of charge.
What
happens if I want to return an item?
Faulty
items can be returned and a replacement or refund will be given, including
return postage. If you simply don't want an item anymore, you can return it,
however the return postage charge cannot be refunded.
If I
want to buy something, how can I buy and pay for it?
To buy
an item you must be registered with Ebay. All items are listed on Ebay for
sale and you must comply with their terms and conditions. The Ebay checkout
process is more secure and also helps get items shipped out faster. Also it
gives you a chance to leave feedback on a purchase.
All
payments are processed by Paypal which means all your purchases are
protected against fraud. At no point during a transaction will you ever be
asked for your credit card or debit card details they are not needed.
How
can I contact you?
The
best way for secure communication and to combat spam and phishing emails is
to contact me via the Ebay internal message system so that buyers and

Is
there a warranty with my items?
In
individual listings you will see extended warranties on some items for up to
3 years. All items, even if not listed, come with a standard default 1 year
warranty.
